Premium Membership

How does it work?

A six month membership that includes:

  • Monthly hour long masterclasses focused on specific trumpet fundamentals.

  • A recording of the masterclass for further note taking and study.

  • A detailed PDF of the concepts discussed.

  • Access to Bueno's Brass Collective 7 Certification Levels.

The process involves six master classes that comprehensively cover the fundamentals of the trumpet. These classes operate in a continuous rotation, meaning they are repeated recurrently. Once all six classes have been covered in the rotation, a new cycle begins. Importantly, individuals are free to join at any point during the cycle, as the master classes are not structured to be progressive, allowing for flexibility in participation.

What will be taught over the 6 months?

 

Tongue syllables and positions

Learn what shapes and positions the tongue needs to be in for all registers of the trumpet.

 

Breathing basics/Breathing gym

Learn how to utilize your air in an efficient way, and learn some additional exercises to open up the lungs.

 

Clocking

Understand how to clock your mouthpiece and have others listen to you as you do so.

 

A workshop at Summerhays Music

Learn the mechanics of mouthpieces and trumpets, as well as what to look for when purchasing equipment.

 

Introduction to the 7 Certification Levels

Get an introduction to the 7 levels, and understand how to practice them.

 

Efficient Practice techniques

Learn techniques that will enable you to learn music and exercises faster and more effectively.

 

Pricing

Pricing to be a part of the club is just $50 for each of the 6 masterclasses. This includes all of the above benefits! Alternatively an upfront payment of $250 can be made. 

 

Dates of Masterclasses

All masterclasses will be held in the Apollo Studio at Caleb Chapman’s Soundhouse in Pleasant Grove. All masterclasses will be at 10 AM, unless communicated otherwise. Here are the dates for all of the masterclasses for the 2024 calendar year:
